I am committed to providing personalised, family-centred care, helping babies, toddlers and children with a wide range of needs, including developmental delay, torticollis, hypermobility, gait and posture concerns.

I also have many years of experience working in adult neuro physiotherapy, elderly care and rehabilitation. I offer specialist adult physiotherapy assessments and treatment, supporting clients with stroke recovery, Parkinson’s, balance difficulties, post-surgical rehabilitation and long-term conditions. Every session is tailored to your goals, helping you regain confidence and independence.

About Me

Welcome to my website! I am a friendly, experienced and effective adult and children's physiotherapist based in Tring, Hertfordshire. I have over 15 years of experience in the NHS across hospital and community settings as well as in the private sector. 

 

I am one of the lead physiotherapists at the Peace Children’s Centre in Watford where I work part-time. I am committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children by promoting their physical well-being and independence both through my NHS and private work.

Prior to specialising in paediatrics, I also worked for many years in adult community and neuro settings including a world renound brain injury hospital in London and love helping adults achieve their goals at whatever level of function and ability they have.

Qualifications & Accreditations

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and adhere to all their professional standards. I attend regular training and external courses. I have completed a wide range of specialist training courses including:

  • Bobath training

  • Evidenced based practice in cerebral palsy

  • Early intervention in premature babies and newborns

  • Musculoskeletal management in children.

  • Functional Eectrical Stimulation training

  • Vestibular rehabilitation       

 

And many more. In addition, I have completed masters level study to include specialist physiotherapy management of paediatric neurological and neuromuscular conditions.
